Starkey Xino Classic Hearing Aid
- How would you like a rotary volume control (like what used to come on older styles hearing aids)?
- The newly designed cover improves wax and moisture protection and resists clogging.
- and the battery will last up to 10 days*!
Starkey Hearing Technologies, a global leader in hearing aid technologies, has introduced the all-new Xino™ (pronounced “zee no”) Classic in the Starkey brand line. It is available in a receiver-in-canal (RIC) hearing aid with a standard rotary volume control, making it ideal for patients who prefer a traditional way to easily control volume.
“The smaller, more sophisticated shape of the Xino Classic will be of interest for persons who currently wear behind-the-ear (BTE) aids but are hesitant to use a newer style RIC hearing aid because of the loss of an easy to use volume control,” said Randall D. Smith, owner of Lakewood Hearing & Speech and senior author of The Hearing Aid Decision: Answers to Your Many Questions. “I am excited to offer people a product that is similar to ones they’ve used in the past and easy to use, but that has a unique way to be personalized for each patient. This is a real advancement in sound, comfort and convenience.”
“Another important feature of the Xino Classic is that the battery will last up to 10 days, depending upon the specific hearing loss and programming of the hearing aid,” said Smith.
